Only a few Vilnius places say in so many words that anyone may come, and all of them belong to one circle. Vilniaus šachmatų klubas writes that everyone who wants to take part in its events is welcome whatever their age; a Tuesday blitz evening costs three euros, free for members, and a year’s membership is priced on the club’s own page.

Its two bar evenings carry the same invitation. Užupio kavinė hosts the Tuesday blitz at 19:00, and Rūsio Aidai on Savičiaus gatvė has the Monday games at 19:00, which cost nothing. Elsewhere in the register access is either not stated by any page, limited to pupils, or needs a sign-up, and each entry shows which.
