The notice for the Autumn Rapid names the house as the venue and dates the tournament 17 October 2026. The community's own notice of 31 March 2016 announced two open chess events at this address, run with the Rositsan and Maccabi checkers and chess club; the community's pages found for that club date from 2015 to 2021 and no 2025 or 2026 trace of the club itself was found.
